  The first thing that will impress you when you visit Pedal Electric Cycles is Chris's knowledge and enthusiasm for e-bikes. He only stocks quality bikes, but at a competitive price. If, like me, you do not know very much about e-bikes he will advise you about options from a wide range of models. I eventually chose a specific 2018 German model that had not yet entered the UK as my visit was in early January. Chris pulled out all the stops to get hold of this model for me within a couple of weeks of my visit. He was very good at keeping me informed about progress. Once my bike arrived Chris ensured that I tested it fully and was happy with it before we completed the purchase. The handover process was superb. I wanted to fit my own luggage rack to my new e-bike as it holds a camera bag and Colin, the mechanic, worked hard to find a way to do this. He then took me for a short ride to check my riding position and height of saddle as well as ensuring I understood all the controls. Chris stocks an adequate range of any accessories that you might require and, if he doesn't have something, he has extensive knowledge of how to get hold of it. In conclusion I am glad that I chose a dealer that has intimate knowledge about e-bikes and was able to provide me with an excellent service. Needless to say I am delighted with my new e-bike. Very well done to Chris and Colin.
